From Sul Ross State University Music Department: Please join us for our first concert of the Spring 2015 semester! We’ll be welcoming the graduate piano students of Dr. Oscar Macchioni from UT- El Paso. They’ll be playing the works of Bach, Chopin, Bartok, and more.
When: Sunday, Febraury 22 at 3 pm.
Where: Studio Theater on the Sul Ross State University campus in Alpine.
Why: Because Sundays were made for piano music.
On Tuesday evening, Marfa Public Radio KRTS 93.5 FM, presents an evening of classical music with pianist Richard Dowling. The free performance takes place at 7 PM at the First Presbyterian Church in Marfa – 110 E. Columbia St.
Both concerts are free and no tickets are required.
