This just in from District Attorney Ponton: On February 18, 2015, the Brewster County grand jury indicted Keith McWilliams (DOB 09/07/1965), Charles Levi Morrow (DOB 12/20/1983), and Rhonda Joy Bloom (DOB 09/15/1972, for the October 30, 2014 murder of Walter Cayce Sands III, at Terlingua Ranch, Brewster County, Texas. All three defendants remain in custody; bonds were set at $200,000 each.
The defendants will appear in the 394th Judicial District Court of Brewster County Texas, to appear for pretrial and trial settings. The case was solved due to the investigation by the Brewster County Sheriffs Office and Brewster County Sheriff Ronny Dodson.
