Fort Davis, Texas – October 10, 2014 - With great appreciation, Grand Companions Humane Society has accepted a $100,000 endowment donation.
Sabrehna Everett set up the endowment in honor of her beloved Flo who she adopted from Grand Companions in 2012. Flo was one of ten puppies rescued from an oil rig site in the Permian Basin.
Executive Director Laura Langham, who recently had the pleasure of visiting Flo in her home said, “Flo was adopted as a very young pup so I was amazed to realized all the great pictures and stories shared with me over the years didn’t begin to capture how truly enchanting she is!”
Flo’s Grand Endowment provides a permanent source of funds, which will grow with additional donations. The interest from the endowment will be used for perpetual pet care expenses.
