Rick Smith, project manager for Energy Transfer and the proposed Trans-Pecos Pipeline, is scheduled to appear Tuesday, April 28 at the regular meeting of Brewster County Commissioners Court.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am at the Brewster County Courthouse in Alpine at 6th Street and Avenue E.
