Tony Flint, the Terlingua resident charged in the early February murder of La Kiva bar owner Glen Felts, today rejected a plea offer.

During a pre-trial hearing today in the Brewster County Courthouse before Judge Roy Ferguson that lasted less than seven minutes, Flint rejected the offer of a plea bargain. Details of the rejected offer were not made public.

Flint will go to trial sometime this spring.

Judge Roy Ferguson accepted a request to transfer the trial to a county outside Brewster. The trial will occur within the five-county district within which Ferguson presides.
