MARFA, Texas – Border Patrol agents assigned to Marfa Border Patrol Station’s Highway 67 Checkpoint seized over 1,100 lbs. of marijuana hidden inside a horse trailer May 30. The trailer was being pulled by a Ford F-250.
Border Patrol agents located the marijuana hidden inside the trailer walls. The marijuana has an estimated street value of $959,040.
The marijuana was turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration for possible further investigation.
