Thursday, May 23, marked a major turning point for South Brewster County’s Last Minute Low Budget Productions, At 6 pm at the High Sierra in the Terlingua Ghost Town, representatives of the Terlingua Fire and EMS signed over to the theater troupe two acres of land on which the group will build the Mercury Theater for the Performing Arts. A celebratory reception was held after the deed signing.
